Once a year, Virgin Media chooses to add a little extra to a customer's telecomms bundle, and in doing so hopes to reduce customer churn and increase good feeling around the brand. 
2017's Value Upgrades was themed around surprise gifting, 'just because'. I designed 4 type illustrations to hero the campaign, depending on if a customer was receiving extra minutes, data, TV channels or minutes. These illustrations became a printed 'gift card' style pack sent to customers and also an accompanying set of emails.
